Terms of Service
Last updated: May 5, 2026
1. The Service
WakeAlpha (the "Service") is operated by the WakeAlpha team and accessed atwakealpha.com. The Service uses AI agents to read public financial data (event-contract markets, futures curves, options chains, macro data feeds) and present what the market is currently pricing as a calibrated probability.
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
2. Not Investment Advice
Output from the Service is not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to trade. Probabilities, ranges, and text reflect observable market pricing or public data. They do not guarantee future results and are not tailored to your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance. Any investment decision should be made independently after consulting a licensed professional.
You are solely responsible for any decisions made in reliance on Service output. WakeAlpha is not liable for any gains, losses, opportunity costs, or indirect damages resulting from such decisions.
3. Account & Billing
Accounts must be registered with a valid email. One account per person. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; the Service does not store full card details.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually and remain active through the end of the current period after cancellation. Refunds are handled per our published policy. For billing questions, email team@wakealpha.com.
4. Credits
The Service is metered in credits. Each agent run debits credits based on question complexity and the tier you've configured. Credits are spent in this order: daily refill, then monthly grant, then top-up.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire when the account is closed.
5. Data Sources & Accuracy
The Service relies on third-party public data sources (including but not limited to CME, Deribit, SEC EDGAR, FRED, the New York Fed, and event-contract markets). We cross-check sources and drop signals that are stale or below our liquidity floor, but we do not guarantee the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of any individual data point. When upstream sources are delayed, broken, or wrong, the Service may return empty or degraded output.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service;
- resell or redistribute API output or agent reports to third parties without written permission;
- abuse free credits via batch registration, identity fraud, or rate-limit evasion;
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or sanctioned activity, or in violation of applicable financial regulation in your jurisdiction.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with no refund for fees already paid.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service's code, UI, brand, copy, and the way data is aggregated and presented are owned by WakeAlpha. Underlying third-party data remains the property of its respective sources. You may use, share, and quote reports generated through the Service for personal purposes, provided you keep the WakeAlpha attribution and citations to the underlying sources intact.
8. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, or retire features, pricing, model selection, and data coverage at any time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. You may cancel or close your account at any time; we may also terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WakeAlpha is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, by the courts located in Delaware.
